Investor Profile

Accredited Investors

Only Accredited Investors are qualified to invest in the Funds. An Accredited Investor is someone who has individual net worth, or joint net worth with the person's spouse, that exceeds $1 million at the time of the purchase; or an income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with a spouse exceeding $300,000 for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year. More information about Accredited Investors can be found on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission web site here.

Investment Suitability

The Capital Alliance Funds are two specialized real estate mortgage funds designed to enable investors to invest in private placement offerings for accredited investors only.

The objectives of the Funds are to provide accredited investors an investment secured by residential or commercial real estate that provides highly competitive returns with low volatility. The Funds are structured and managed to preserve and protect capital, mitigate the effects of fluctuating interest rates, and pay monthly cash distributions. The Funds do not trade, are not marketable, and can only be redeemed once per year; consequently, they are only suitable for long-term investors seeking income.
