Capital Alliance Funds - Financial Highlights
Capital Alliance Institutional Mortgage Fund
The Capital Alliance Institutional Mortgage Fund, LLC ("IMF") is designed for clients of fee-based Registered Investment Advisors. (Another fund, the Calliance Realty Fund, LLC ("CRF"), is structured for commission-based Broker-Dealers)
The IMF holds a high-yielding portfolio of mortgage loans secured primarily by residential, multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use properties located primarily in California.
As of September 30, 2009, IMF has paid 153 monthly distributions. In part, this has been achieved by ensuring that borrowers can pay back their loans, and by establishing a combined loan-to-value ("CLTV") ratio limit of 75% at the time the loan is originated.
A financial summary of the IMF can be found in the Quarterly Update (Adobe required).
