Dennis R. Konczal, President and Chief Operating OfficerDennis R. Konczal is President and Chief Operating Officer of Capital Alliance. Prior to the formation of Capital Alliance, Dennis was the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Sierra Capital Companies which had sponsored six externally advised publicly held equity real estate investment trust comprising of over 14 million square feet of retail and warehouse/distribution space with a market value in excess of $650 million. Dennis was the founder, President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Capital Alliance Income Trust Ltd,.a mortgage real estate investment trust listed on American Stock Exchange (AMEX: CAA) and its wholesale mortgage banking subsidiary Capital Alliance Funding Corporation till the end of 2006. He currently serves on Capital Alliance Income Trust, Ltd. Board of Directors. From 1976 to 1984, Dennis was the Vice President of Granada Corporation of Houston , Texas, where he was responsible for attracting equity capital sources and venture partners. Mr. Konczal was a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, and has held the Series 24 ("General Securities Principal") license and both the Series 7 & 63 licenses registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, has been active in the Christmas in April volunteer program, the Mankind program, and has been a coach and manager for nine years in the Ross Valley Recreation Leagues coaching both boys and girls in baseball, softball and soccer. He graduated from Michigan State University (1972) with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics with High Honors. Mr. Konczal was born and raised near Flint, Michigan. |

Benilda Samson, Vice President and ControllerBenilda has been employed by Capital Alliance since 1996. She has been the principal accounting officer involved in the preparation of the periodic financial statements, analysis of the budget versus actual financial performance, cash management and reporting of the working capital analysis for both the company and its investment funds. Benilda also oversees the investor service functions for the investors of the Capital Alliance Funds. Benilda and her staff handle dividend reinvestments, redemptions, and the Funds' broker/dealer sales commission disbursement and is also involved in human resources and compliance functions. Previous to joining Capital Alliance, Benilda held different senior accounting positions at the Marlin and Saltzman Law Firm, Accountemps, and Homeowners Mortgage Acceptance Corp. Before migrating to U.S.A. in 1993, she was Assistant Vice President at Gen. Diesel Power Corp.-Manila, an exclusive distributor of General Motors-Detroit, where she was in charge of the Treasury Division. Benilda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines. |

Tim Krohnfeldt, Vice President of SalesHaving joined Capital Alliance in 2004 as Vice President of Sales, Tim oversees the Account Executives in the Mortgage Banking Division and is directly involved in development of the product line offered by the company. He works closely with Bill Aubrey, Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer to provide high quality service to the mortgage broker community. Tim has been in Mortgage Banking for over 18 years. Prior to joining Capital Alliance, he held senior management positions at Americorp Credit Corporation, American Residential Funding, Independent Mortgage and Funders Mortgage. Tim got his start in the mortgage industry as a manager of the Retail Division at the corporate office of Citizens Thrift and Loan. |

Joe Garma, Vice President of Business DevelopmentJoe is responsible for raising the investment equity required to fund Capital Alliance's mortgage investments and for overall marketing. He works with the firm's investors and investor representatives to monitor their investment performance and to ensure they understand specific traits of the investment fund and its asset class. For over 15 years, Joe has worked in the software and financial services industries running corporate development, sales and marketing departments. At Shepard Associates, he helped numerous Internet start-ups and small businesses develop and implement their core business strategies. As an executive with Utopia Technology, a CRM applications vendor, Joe built and managed the marketing, direct sales, business development and channel operations. He also has experience as Managing Director for investment banker JCM Financial, and Vice President at Shearson Lehman Hutton where he was responsible for sales, marketing and deal structuring. A Board Advisor to Financial Navigator, Inc., Shepard Associates, and Pro Health, Inc, Joe holds an M.A. in Applied Economics and Finance and a B.A. in Mathematical Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he was a Regents Scholar and a Health, Education and Welfare (HEW) Fellow. |
