How Do I Get Started in Trust Deed Investing?

First, examine our online list of high-yielding trust deeds. This list of available loans will provide you with the property location, property value, interest rate, loan amount, monthly payment, loan-to-value ratio, position of the mortgage and other information. Each trust deed has a Loan Number.

Next, fill out our online form and make note of the Loan Number. You will be contacted by a representative of Capital Alliance.
