Calliance Realty Fund, LLC

The Calliance Realty Fund ("CRF") is designed for accredited clients of Broker-Dealers. (Another fund, the Capital Alliance Institutional Mortgage Fund ("IMF") is structured for fee-based Registered Investment Advisors.) The CRF holds a high-yielding portfolio of mortgage loans secured by residential, multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use properties located primarily in California.

Formed in 2006, the CRF has paid 42 consecutive monthly distributions as of 9/30/09. In part, this has been achieved by ensuring that borrowers can pay back their loans, and by establishing a combined loan-to-value ("CLTV") ratio limit of 75% at the time the loan is originated.
