Capital Alliance is proud to present a very experienced senior management team which collectively has over 75 years of direct experience in brokering, originating, underwriting, servicing, and selling residential loans.

In addition, senior management also has over 75 years of experience in acquiring or developing real property, as well as acquiring, managing, financing, and selling property both as principals and as fiduciaries.

Dennis R. Konczal

Dennis R. Konczal, President and Chief Operating Officer

Dennis R. Konczal is President and Chief Operating Officer of Capital Alliance. Prior to the formation of Capital Alliance, Dennis was the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Sierra Capital Companies which had sponsored six externally advised publicly held equity real estate investment trust comprising of over 14 million square feet of retail and warehouse/distribution space with a market value in excess of $650 million.

Dennis was the founder, President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Capital Alliance Income Trust Ltd,.a mortgage real estate investment trust listed on American Stock Exchange and its wholesale mortgage banking subsidiary Capital Alliance Funding Corporation until the end of 2006.

From 1976 to 1984, Dennis was the Vice President of Granada Corporation of Houston , Texas, where he was responsible for attracting equity capital sources and venture partners. Mr. Konczal was a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, and has held the Series 24 ("General Securities Principal") license and both the Series 7 & 63 licenses registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers.

He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, has been active in the Christmas in April volunteer program, the Mankind program, and has been a coach and manager for nine years in the Ross Valley Recreation Leagues coaching both boys and girls in baseball, softball and soccer. He graduated from Michigan State University (1972) with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics with High Honors. Mr. Konczal was born and raised near Flint, Michigan.

William W. Aubrey, Senior Vice-President

Senior Vice-President, Capital Alliance Advisors, Inc. (1998 to date); Senior Vice-President, Capital Alliance Funding Corporation (2000 to date); Senior Vice-President, Sierra Capital Acceptance (1995 to 2000); Vice-President, Regional Supervisor, Citizens Thrift and Loan Association (responsible for overall supervision of regional production and operations; specialized in non-conforming, sub-prime residentially secured loans) (1990 to 1995); Branch Manager, First Fidelity Thrift and Loan (negotiated and underwrote real estate secured construction and equity loans) (1988 to 1990); Vice-President, Topa Thrift and Loan Association (established loan brokerage and mortgage banking relationships) (1984 to 1988); B.S, Finance, La Roche College, Pittsburgh, PA (1983).

Benilda Samson

Benilda Samson, Vice President and Controller

Benilda has been employed by Capital Alliance since 1996. She has been the principal accounting officer involved in the preparation of the periodic financial statements, analysis of the budget versus actual financial performance, cash management and reporting of the working capital analysis for both the company and its investment funds. Benilda also oversees the investor service functions for the investors of the Capital Alliance Funds. Benilda and her staff handle dividend reinvestments, redemptions, and the Funds' broker/dealer sales commission disbursement and is also involved in human resources and compliance functions.

Previous to joining Capital Alliance, Benilda held different senior accounting positions at the Marlin and Saltzman Law Firm, Accountemps, and Homeowners Mortgage Acceptance Corp. Before migrating to U.S.A. in 1993, she was Assistant Vice President at Gen. Diesel Power Corp.-Manila, an exclusive distributor of General Motors-Detroit, where she was in charge of the Treasury Division.

Benilda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines.

Douglas F. Elliott, President and Managing Director of Capital Alliance Investments, Inc.

Douglas F. Elliott is President and Managing Director of Capital Alliance Investments, Inc., an affiliate of Capital Alliance Advisors, Inc., which focuses on equity investments and development financing. For more than 34 years, he has been involved in the development and financing of 600 residential homes and 5,000 multi-family units, located primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area.

From 1976 to 1985 Doug was the founder and President of Elliott Builders, Inc., a general contracting firm. From 1985 to 2000 he was the founder and President of Elliott Associates, a residential development company. From 2000 to 2009 he was the founder and President of Work Force Housing Associates and Community Builders, both residential development firms that developed innovative moderate-income housing and market rate mid-density in-fill projects.

Doug joined Capital Alliance in 2010 and currently is the President and Managing Director of Capital Alliance Investments, Inc. His primary focus is on equity investments and project developments.

Mr. Elliott is active in community service as a past director and a current pro-bono advisor to EAH Housing (Ecumenical Association of Housing), a pro-bono development advisor to Homeward Bound of Marin where he oversaw the development of New Beginnings, the first homeless center on a decommissioned military base in the U.S., and a real estate management advisor to Marin Abused Woman Services.

He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Building Industry Association, Home Builders Association, and California Trout (a conservation organization).
