Loan Collateral

Representative Collateral

As of June 30, 2007, the Calliance Realty Fund has invested in mortgages collateralized by properties located in 27 counties, 24 of which are in California, two in Washington, and one in Arizona.

Our loan underwriting guidelines mandate a Loan-To-Value (LTV) ratio of 75% or less. This equity buffer of 25% or more insulates the loan portfolios from losses should real estate values decline.

Below are pictures of actual properties that currently collateralize, or formerly collateralized, the respective loans made to owners of the properties, and are good examples of their type and condition.
